Our Services
Asphalt Shingles
We build asphalt shingle roofs using fiberglass or organic mats coated with asphalt and topped with ceramic granules. This material is lightweight, cost-effective, and available in a variety of styles. It's best for residential homes with sloped roofs in areas with moderate weather.
PVC Roofing
PVC roofs are made of single-ply plastic membranes that are flexible, water-resistant, and energy-efficient. The heat-welded seams make them exceptionally durable against leaks, chemicals, and UV rays. It is ideal for flat or low-slope commercial buildings like retail centers or factories.
Clay and Concrete Tile
We build tile roofs with either kiln-fired clay or molded concrete, both known for their strength and traditional appearance. These tiles are fireproof, long-lasting (up to 100 years), and excellent for hot, dry regions. They work best on sloped residential roofs, especially in Mediterranean or Spanish-style architecture.
Slate Roof
We build slate roofs using thin, natural stone slabs that offer one of the longest lifespans in roofing. Slate is extremely durable, fire-resistant, and has a timeless, upscale look. It’s best suited for luxury homes with steep rooflines and strong structural support.
Wood Shingles and Shakes
We build wood roofs using shingles or hand-split shakes made from cedar, redwood, or pine. These materials provide natural insulation and a rustic charm, though they require more maintenance than synthetic options. They’re ideal for homes in dry climates where fire-treated wood is allowed.
Modified Bitumen Roofing
We build modified bitumen roofs using asphalt sheets reinforced with rubber or plastic polymers for better durability and flexibility. It is tear-resistant, impact, and waterproof. Modified bituman is recommended for flat or low-slope roofs on commercial buildings and garages.
Roof Leak
We fix roof leaks caused by worn shingles, broken seals, or standing water. Roof leaks cause over 40% of insurance claims in the U.S. and can lead to mold or rot in just 1–2 days. We use advanced tools and strong sealants like Henry® Roof Cement to stop the leak fast.
Damaged Roof Flashing
We repair metal flashing around chimneys, vents, and skylights that often cause leaks if damaged. Poor flashing is behind 90% of roof leaks during storms. In cities like Freeport, IL, where weather shifts often, we use long-lasting materials like Galvalume® steel for better protection.
Damaged Roof Deck
We replace soft, rotting, or broken roof decking made from plywood or OSB. A weak deck can sag or collapse under snow or heavy rain, especially when weight goes over 20 pounds per square foot. We install strong wood panels like CDX plywood to support the roof properly.
Damaged Roof Drainage
We fix clogged or damaged gutters and downspouts that let water pool on your roof. Bad drainage can cut your roof’s life by 25% and cause damage to walls or foundations. In places like Illinois with 38 inches of rain a year, we install clean, seamless systems to keep water flowing off your roof.
Roof Hail Damage
We repair shingles and roof layers damaged by hailstones, which can hit 1.5 inches wide in Illinois. Hail can break shingles and shorten their life by 30%. We inspect your roof with drones and help with insurance claims so you get full repairs.
Roof Wind Damage
We fix shingles that get lifted, cracked, or blown off by strong winds over 45 mph, common in Stephenson County, IL. Once the wind breaks through, leaks and pests follow. We replace missing shingles with GAF Timberline® HDZ, which are rated for winds up to 130 mph.
